Sustainability has moved from a nice-to-have to a deliverable, and with it comes real technical demand: energy modelling, carbon analysis, daylight studies and certification. Most studios do not carry this expertise in-house, yet increasingly cannot deliver without it. Specialists in building physics and sustainability translate targets and regulations into design that actually performs, and into the evidence a project needs to prove it.
