Revit BIM technician to produce and coordinate modelled information for a Singapore studio.

Location: Remote, Asia Pacific hours
Hours: Full time
Duration: 3 months
Model to the studio's Revit template, standards and naming conventions
Produce plans, elevations, sections and details from the model
Maintain sheets, views, schedules and annotation
Coordinate the model across disciplines and resolve clashes
Manage families and keep the model performing well
Keep drawing output consistent with the current model state
3+ years producing documentation in Revit within an architecture or interiors practice
Confident with families, schedules, sheet setup and view management
Able to pick up an existing model and work to its established standards
AutoCAD for supporting 2D work
Fluent written English and reliable overlap with Asia Pacific hours
Navisworks or similar for coordination and clash detection
Experience setting up templates and BIM standards
Familiarity with Singapore submission requirements
