The Outsource Studio is a curated creative network for the built environment. We connect architecture and interior design Studios with vetted independent Creatives worldwide, across Interior Design, Architecture, CGI and Visualisation, FF&E and Styling, CAD and BIM, Landscape Architecture, AI and Design Tech, Design Support, Sustainability and Building Physics, MEP Structural and Civil, Lighting Design, and Graphic Art and Wayfinding.
It is a managed creative network, not a marketplace and not a job board. There is no browsing and no open bidding. You find a Creative and tell us about your practice, the type of projects you deliver, and the support you typically need. A dedicated Project Manager proposes vetted specialists suited to your discipline, project and workload. You review and interview before anything is agreed.
Once you agree a match, a mobilisation fee starts the engagement and is credited in full toward your first project invoice. If a Creative is not right for your studio, your Project Manager proposes someone better suited. You do not go back to the beginning.
Creatives set their own rate and keep it in full, with our fee already built into the one all-in price you are quoted. No surcharge, nothing hidden. Finding a Creative is free and you are not charged until a project is confirmed. USD only.
Free to apply. We review every application against built environment criteria and come back within five working days. You are only ever put forward to a Studio by us, and never listed publicly.
