Select furniture, fixtures and equipment against the design intent and budget

Produce and maintain FF&E schedules and specifications

Prepare specification sheets and presentation material

Source and liaise with suppliers, and track lead times

Coordinate FF&E information with the drawing set

Track revisions and keep schedules accurate through change

3+ years in FF&E within an interior design practice or procurement team

Specification and scheduling experience, not selection alone

Accurate documentation under revision

Advanced Excel or equivalent for schedule management

Fluent written English and reliable overlap with Asia Pacific hours

Hospitality FF&E experience

Supplier knowledge in the region

AutoCAD and InDesign for coordination and presentation
