Run day to day project coordination: progress, deadlines and outstanding items

Manage project and client correspondence and make sure every client requirement is addressed

Make sure the whole team is working from the latest drawings, information and approvals

Carry the design intent set by the senior designer through every package

Review design development alongside the senior designer

Take design ownership of one or two public areas when needed

Steer the project through multiple review rounds and client approval processes

Eight or more years in interior design practice, with hotel projects delivered from concept through to documentation

Proven experience coordinating teams, consultants and client correspondence on complex projects

A hospitality portfolio that shows your own role on each project

Fluent in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and comfortable working to a Studio's templates and standards

Based in Kuala Lumpur and able to work on site with the Studio's team

Clear, confident written and spoken English

International hotel brand or operator experience
