Hours: Full time
Duration: 6 months
Build accurate SketchUp models from drawings, sketches and design direction
Develop models through design stages as the scheme resolves
Maintain a clean model structure using components, groups and tags
Model interior architectural elements, joinery and built in detail
Keep the model consistent with the current drawing information
Turn work around quickly during review cycles
2+ years modelling in SketchUp within a design or architecture studio
Disciplined model organisation that another person can work in
Able to work from incomplete information and ask the right questions
Reliable and fast through short review cycles
Fluent written English and reliable overlap with Asia Pacific hours
AutoCAD for supporting 2D work
Enscape, V-Ray or Lumion for quick visual checks
Experience modelling for downstream visualisation
