The Outsource Studio connects boutique architecture and interior design studios with vetted independent Creatives — CGI artists, CAD technicians, FF&E specialists, interior designers, and architects across nine Asian markets.

The Problem

Boutique studios across Asia lose time and money sourcing senior creative talent from generalist platforms not built for the built environment. Briefs get misunderstood, standards slip, and project quality suffers.

What We Do

The Outsource Studio is a curated talent network, not a job board or gig platform. Studios post project briefs. Vetted Creatives propose. All work runs through built-in escrow with a 10% commission and no surcharge for studios.

CGI artists, CAD technicians, FF&E specialists, interior designers, and architects across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, India, Hong Kong, and the UAE.

How It Works

Studios post a brief or send a direct invitation. Creatives propose with portfolios and rates. Work is scoped, contracted, and paid through escrow. Funds release seven days after delivery. Two revision rounds are included as standard.

The Creative Circle

Independent Creatives can link profiles and present as a coordinated team — a CGI artist, an FF&E specialist, and an interior designer working together on the same brief. Studios get the depth of a full team without hiring one.
